HealthcareAccess to Healthcare for Individuals with Autism

The survey is designed to evaluate access to health care for youth and adults with autism. The results will help us determine what health care needs are across the state, ways to improve access to healthcare and how best to train families and medical professionals to access and improve care to patients with autism and other disabilities. Less than 10 minutes to complete! The survey is made possible by a grant from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities in partnership with: Autism Society of Northwest Ohio; Autism Society Central Ohio; Center for Autism Services and Transition at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (CAST) and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Your input on this survey could change health care for individuals with autism and other disabilities throughout Ohio. Click here to take the survey:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/doddascohealth
